We’re looking for a creative, crafty, and imaginative volunteer to join us as a Casual Window Dresser for our Accrington charity shop and hub space. This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing ideas to life and wants to help make our centre feel welcoming and inviting from the moment people walk past.

About the Role

As our Casual Window Dresser, you’ll help us transform our shop frontage and hub windows into eye-catching‑ displays that showcase our donations, highlight our work, and help us connect with the community.

  • Designing and dressing our charity shop/hub window displays
  • Using donated items, props, and simple craft materials to create attractive themes

What We Offer

You’ll be supported by our friendly team and will have plenty of freedom to create displays that reflect Lancashire Women and our values. We provide:

  • Access to donated items and materials
  • Guidance from staff if needed
  • A welcoming, inclusive environment that values creativity and individuality

When We Need Support

  • Once per month, on a flexible day and time that works best for you
  • Additional creative help is always welcomed for seasonal or themed displays

If you’re creative and want to help make our shop front shine, we’d love to hear from you.
